I’ve been coaching runners of all levels since 2009.

Throughout the years, my ethos has never changed: to transform runners with a COMMUNICATION RELATIONSHIP, and a custom training experience that EVOLVES as needed.

In our Internet Age, it’s never been easier to find information on how to train for running. The problem is that almost all of it is BAD!



A quick Google search will bring you an endless series of “proven methods”, “patented training systems”, “cutting edge” gadgets, and “game-changing” nutrition supplements. And all of them claim to be the best. IT’S CRAZY!

To combat all the junk information out there, I decided to create DRED DISTANCE RUNNING in 2021.

What is DRED?

Two things:

1) a RUNNING BLOG that provides real clarity to the often-confusing world of training for distance running.

2) a PREMIER COACHING SERVICE centered around your actual needs, as both a runner and a human being. I’m based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, but I coach runners who live all over. Not local? No problem!
